Kathryn Jourav
Kathryn Jourav, at age 13 found her passion in beauty with her first official makeover and by the age of 16 she was doing her own makeovers as a Mary Kay representative. In 1986, at 19 she joined Estee Lauder as a beauty advisor, where she was groomed and developed. In 2007 she launched Tom Ford Beauty and in 2014 Kathryn launched Charlotte Tilbury.
Her success was based on genuinely wanting to help clients experience the power of beauty products and a community. With 38 years of experience, Kathryn is driven to make the world feel their best, happy & healthy, through movement, product, connection, and an established network of experts.
Over her vast experience, Kathryn has supported a billion dollars in retail sales, experienced a million dollars of beauty products over 600 various brands. She has also participated in over 8000 fitness classes in her lifetime. She believes you start where you start, and knows beauty, health, and happiness is more then a face serum.
