At the age of 13, Kathryn found her passion in beauty with her first official makeover.  Shortly there after she was doing her own makeovers, which eventually led her to join Estee Lauder as a Beauty Advisor. In 1990, a week before graduating University, she was promoted from the counter to a field executive developing Beauty Advisors and growing revenue. Her vast experience and insider knowledge amongst several brands, led her to launch Tom Ford Beauty, with enormous success.  These achievements, coupled with her skills and savvy, propelled her to lead the iconic launch of Charlotte Tilbury in 2014.

Her success was based on a genuine heart-centered desire to elevate brands and build community in the beauty and wellness space.  With 38 years of experience, she has supported the epic retail sales number of a billion dollars, and experienced a million dollars of beauty products!

She is fueled by a passion to empower people to achieve their utmost happiness and wellness through movement, quality products, meaningful connections, and a robust, supportive network.  Kathryn exemplifies her principles through action, having engaged in over 8,000 fitness classes (and counting) throughout her lifetime!  She firmly believes that you "start where you start," and knows that beauty, health, and happiness is way more than a great face serum.
