Please include your order number for the most expedient service. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged item will be replaced.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Any full sized product purchased from us can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Please note that this policy does not apply to the MiniKit.

We may also be able to suggest an alternative product or help problem solve as to why your product is not working for you.
While we’re happy to refund or replace your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges.
